My name is Roshni, I’m a Registered Dietitian (NZRD) and as part of my master of science have assessed the nutritional requirements of women and babies throughout pregnancy and the early years. That grounding in the science of food - how it fuels, can heal and brings us together is so beautiful.

I love to help people on their health journey to find the right foods to support them in their health and performance. My approach is holistic and underpinned by Mason Durie’s Whare Tapa Wha model of health. Together, we tailor a practical and nourishing plan of action that meets you where you’re at and most importantly - is sustainable and supports long term wellbeing.

I have worked across many areas of nutrition including:

Gut conditions including: Abdominal pain, Allergies, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Eosinophillic Esophagitis.

Sports & Performance Nutrition: Active Adolescents, Teenagers, Adults.

Women’s health: PCOS, Endometriosis, Perimenopause / Menopause

Disordered Eating: Improving your relationship with food & reducing food noise

Nutrition: Recovering from injury, concussion, prehab & rehab for surgery

Rheumatology: Arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis and chronic pain conditions.
