Sports and performance nutrition with adolescents, teenagers, and adults.
Disordered eating, with a focus on developing a more positive and sustainable relationship with food.
My approach is holistic and collaborative, aiming to understand the underlying drivers of symptoms. Together, we create a personalised and practical plan that meets you where you’re at and supports long-term, sustainable health.
