About Roshni,

Roshni works with adults, teenagers, and adolescents across a wide scope of health, including gut and digestive conditions, women’s health, sports performance, paediatric nutrition, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular risk, and recovery from injury or surgery. She also supports people in improving their relationship with food and navigating disordered eating, working alongside clinical psychologists and counsellors where appropriate.

Her approach is evidence-based, holistic, and personalised. Roshni begins with a thorough assessment of each person’s health history, current eating patterns, lifestyle, training load, family situation, and any other factors important to their wellbeing. From there, she develops realistic and sustainable plans tailored to the individual. Rather than being subtractive, Roshni focuses on an additive, whole food approach coupled with high impact but sustainable changes lead to lasting results.

Based in Rotorua, Roshni consults in person at GoPhysio on Haupapa Street and also works with clients online across Aotearoa.

Outside the clinic, Roshni is a mum of two teenagers and is actively involved in the mountain biking community, from recreation through to high performance, she is passionate about supporting young people to stay in sport. Roshni loves all things culinary and enjoys cooking for family and friends. She is passionate about nourishing the whole person — recognising the connection between food, wellbeing, performance, and community. She understands the juggle of work, family, and kids, and values high-impact, delicious, and sustainable habits that help us all thrive and perform at our best.
