My Approach

I am a New Zealand registered dietitian (NZRD). Through nutrition, my aim is to improve your digestive function, hormonal balance and overall well being. My aim is to educate and collaborate with my clients to provide nutritional support for their health goals and also provide that information in a manner that is easy to roll out in their daily lives, through busy times, recovery from surgery, travel, school schedules, different mealtimes, racing or where ever you are at on your journey!

I love to work in a holistic manner - nutrition is an important part of our lens of health, however, there is a wealth of research that illustrates how each area of our health work hand in hard and contribute to our overall wellbeing. I love the idea that we can build tiny, nourishing habits in our day and over years these compound to build our overall health. Building nourishing, high impact habits play an important role in our health - I collaborate with my clients to understand their health, lifestyle and dietary patterns to build a long term sustainable approach to creating a lifestyle that is nourishing.

inspire you to form an understanding of what foods suit you, how to bring in more nutrient rich foods into your life to increase wellbeing for long term vibrant health.

Our emotions have a profound influence on our health and are often at the root cause of health issues. This is because the body records and stores all of our experiences, including our earliest memories. Mindful somatic approaches provide a gentle and safe framework to effectively rewire and reset the nervous system, behavioural patterns and habits.

I combine nutrition, behavioural science and mindful somatic work with creative and inspired ways to live in rhythm with the seasons and cycles of life. I am passionate about creating habits and routines that nourish not only our physical health but also nourish us on a mental, emotional and spiritual level.
