My Approach I’m a New Zealand Registered Dietitian (NZRD), and my aim is to support your digestive health, hormonal balance, and overall wellbeing through practical, personalised nutrition. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them reach their health goals, translating evidence-based advice into simple, realistic strategies that fit into everyday life—whether you’re navigating busy schedules, recovery, travel, school routines, training, or any stage of your journey.
I take a holistic approach to health. While nutrition is a powerful foundation, it’s only one piece of the puzzle. Research continues to show how deeply interconnected all aspects of our wellbeing are. I believe in the power of small, nourishing habits—those simple, consistent actions that, over time, create lasting change. Together, we explore your unique health story, lifestyle, and eating patterns to build a sustainable way of living that truly supports you.
My work is also about helping you understand your body—what foods suit you, how to incorporate more nutrient-dense options, and how to create a way of eating that supports long-term, vibrant health.
I recognise the important role our emotional world plays in physical health. Our bodies hold onto experiences, and this can influence patterns, behaviours, and overall wellbeing. I work alongside clinical psychologists and counsellors as well to support people to build positive relationships with food.
