Meet Roshni

Roshni is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian (NZRD) whose aim is to support the people she works with through practical, personalised nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to help them reach their health goals, translating evidence-based advice into simple, realistic strategies that fit into everyday life—whether navigating busy schedules, recovery, travel, adolescent and teen sports, training and or any stage of the health journey.

Roshni takes a holistic and evidence-based approach to healthcare, recognising that nutrition plays a key role within the broader context of physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that influence overall wellbeing. She works collaboratively with clients to assess their individual health history, dietary intake, lifestyle patterns, and health goals in order to develop practical, sustainable nutrition strategies tailored to their needs. Her approach focuses on implementing realistic, incremental changes that support long-term health outcomes and lasting behavioural change.

Her work is also centred on helping people better understand their bodies—what foods suit them, how to incorporate more nutrient-dense options, and how to create a way of eating that supports long-term, vibrant health.

Roshni also recognises the important role the emotional world plays in physical health. Understanding that the body can hold onto experiences that influence patterns, behaviours, and overall wellbeing, she works alongside clinical psychologists and counsellors to support individuals in building positive relationships with food.
