Kia ora & Namaste,
I’m Roshni, and I work to inspire and empower people to understand how to use nutrition and impactful lifestyle changes to cultivate vibrant, balanced health.
I work with a wide range of people and conditions, supporting them to perform at their best—from sports nutrition and performance to gut health, improving their relationship with food or reducing diabetes risk. Please see my full scope of practice here.
Together, we focus on building a positive connection with food, nourishment, and mindful habits, so you can feel your best, perform optimally, and live with purpose and more creativity!
Like many migrants, I sit at the intersection of East and West. I’m deeply inspired by traditional food preparation, Indigenous models of health, and the importance of honouring ancient wisdom—both here in Aotearoa and within our own ancestral lineages.
Food has always been at the heart of my life. With my grandma living with us, I grew up surrounded by the sights, smells, and rituals of cooking. From chopping and stirring to grinding Indian spices, we were immersed in the joy of preparing and sharing meals together. This connection to food and heritage continues to shape my passion for preserving ancestral traditions and keeping them alive for future generations.
I’m also a mother of two teenagers, and I love spending time with my whānau and friends—whether that’s growing beautiful veggies, fruits and flowers, practising yoga, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, or, of course, making delicious kai!!
You can read more about my education, training, and approach to health, nutrition, and wellbeing here.
If YOU WATER your soul with appreciation, affirmation and celebration, you will not spend your life chasing other people’s rain.”
